THE GLENN AT JONES DISTRICT This brand-new and vibrant apartment community is named after Glenn Jones, a local entrepreneur and philanthropist whose pioneering contributions to the cable industry, entertainment, and education have left an indelible mark on Colorado and the advancement of technology across the nation.
In 2015, the Library of Congress honored Jones for his contributions to building a stronger America.
For years, he envisioned a thriving business and residential center in Centennial that would contribute to the vitality of the city, and he acquired 42 acres of land adjacent to the Jones Intercable, Inc.
headquarters to make that dream a reality. Beginning with The Glenn, the first completed project in the Jones District, that day is here.

Great place to call home

Moved in a few months back. The staff has been extremely friendly! Relatively quiet in regards to other apartments I have lived. Nice, new appliances. Great place for those working in DTC. Not walking friendly for those that don't have a reliable means of transportation but only a 5-10 min drive to anything you need!

I'm happy here

The only remark I have is noise, I rated it Average. I wish there was a lot less noises from people stomping, marching, sprinting down my hallway, and also people causing a full-swing door slam. But in summary, I'm happy here. Most of the residents are polite. The staff are good people, the the complex is well kept and maintained. Keep in mind, this is a busy area.
