Nice

Great, but neighbors play their music so loud and has to be told can they lower their music. Neighbors like to drive really fast not checking for children should have a sign WATCH for CHILDREN

Needs work

The trash needs to be addressed as in too many large items being left and people not putting trash in containers. The staff is doing their best but to no avail. People sitting outside with music blaring from their cars and garages that are used for repairing cars or storage. Workout facility is old and worn out. Garages rent going up EVERY year is just not reasonable. Especially when every time it snows they pile up snow across from number 90( my garage) and cannot get in and out, I use mine for parking my car not storage. Other than these things I enjoy where I live and feel like maintenance goes above and beyond to be the best. Would love to have bbqs on patios again.
