Gas Lamp

Front door is unlocked and someone in the apartment was robbed. Parking is great but expensive. Walls are very thin so noises are loud but luckily everyone is pretty respectful. Otherwise its pretty clean but please fix the front door.

Pros and Cons

The gaslamp is a genuinely nice property with an unbeatable proximity to campus. The rooms are really nice and all of the appliances work fine. Maintenance is mostly timely and does a good job. The cons to this place all have to do with dealing with fourstar. The fees for everything (including parking) are ridiculous and the company as a whole is always stressful to work with. That being said Alexa and Lexi are very helpful and they do a good job addressing any issues that I've had

Ive personally enjoyed living here as the amenities are nice, the location is convenient for me, and i appreciate that the noise level is never too unbearable for the most part
