Please get better at literally everything

The property speaks for itself and the tenants are aware of the property they are signing a lease for. However, tenants are not aware of how flakey, immature, unreasonable, and flat-out ridiculous Fourstar is as a company. The people who work for Fourstar absolutely suck at their jobs and don't know anything. The customer service is the worst of any business I've ever interacted with. They don't answer the phone, never respond to emails and even add charges to your account without notifying you. I know that Fourstar is aware of how poorly ran their business is and I strongly suggest company-wide changes to be made, otherwise this business will be run straight into the ground- because everyone knows how big of a pain Fourstar truly is.
