I have been living at 1080 13th street since August of 2022. One of the first inconveniences we ran into was no A/C in the middle of the summer. 90 degree heat made the house a sweatfest. Approximately three months into residency we ran into a lot of plumbing issues. These issues ranged from showers not running, water temperature being either scolding hot or freezing cold, toilets backing up, sewage water coming up into the shower, and flooding. Due to the amount of flooding that has occurred there is now mold in the downstairs bedrooms.

Not understanding the reason work orders are submitted and maintenance has yet to completed. This is concerning because certain issues are liability issue and possibly code violations.
