Cheapest in Colorado, should be cheaper
From the drug dealers on the first floor, the constant attmepts of people to break into cars in the parking lot, unavailability of any staffing and maintenance being poor yall have multiple safety violations including the boiler room, stairs, elevator being nonfunctioning, a d railings that are blatently detatched, and lets not forget the needles in the sand, should be 500 a month if you are going to let it be so poor becuaee these are fixable
