The staff makes the difference!

I have a 25+ year background in real estate management, you name it, I did it. HOA management, rental management, resort management, hotel management, private management. I know the challenges well. A management company is truly only as good as the people they employ. Selling the big house and downsizing was a great choice, but I was worried about transitioning to an "apartment" complex. The physical property is so well built and maintained that I don't even know I have neighbors. Super quiet, clean, well managed. My daughter had moved into Mapleleaf months before and had an amazing experience with Savanah. Savanah has the unique ability to blend uber professionalism with a warm and genuine attention to all things A-Z. She is unflappable, (not a skill all managers have), and committed to this property and her residents. I seriously made my choice for Mapleleaf for the obvious impact Savanah's dedicated leadership makes here, she made all the difference in comparison with other properties. Gotta mention the addition of Brandon. I've managed hundreds in my career and it is easy to pick out who just shows up and who goes that extra mile. Brandon goes that mile and beyond. Responsive, thorough, skilled and trustworthy. I know that whatever the maintenance need, both myself and my daughters units are in good hands. Hundreds of properties to choose from. Only Mapleleaf has Savanah and Brandon!

I Love It Here

I love Maple Leaf. It has been an amazing home for my son and I. Savannah is awesome. I got hit hard financially by covid and she has worked really hard to help and work with me and find me extra sources while I found a new job. It's hard to find a manager who cares that much.
