OUTSTANDING!!

I get my move in keys tomorrow...So, I have not even moved in yet and everything has been outstanding leading up. Even after I move in, if their are any challenges or issues, the service I got from Jennifer Louth, Manager, and how she has lead her team, will supersede it. Jennifer is high class, easy to communicate with, expert problem solver, excellent listener and able to see exactly what her tenants (and future tenants) needs are!! I was debating the location proximity to my work, some of the less positive reviews I investigated and Jennifer made me look way past and made the final decision very EASY to be a resident of Gateway Arvada Ridge! :) :) :) :) !!! Gateway is fortunate to have such a great leader as the Property Manager...and I feel very blessed to soon be part of a community with Jennifer at the lad of it all. I hope Jennifer is able to be part of Gateway for the entire season of time that I live there. I can assume she is sought after by other Communities and only see further greatness in her career! Jennifer,a very heartfelt THANK YOU!!

Loving it so far!

I've been at Gateway Arvada Ridge for about 6 months now and I love it! My cross-country move was made easy here! Pet friendly, beautiful views, PERFECT location, amazing staff and amenities! The community has gone through some staffing/ownership/business changes since I've been here, which have all seemed to be for the best. It is generally quiet and friendly around here, extremely pet friendly, too!!! I love the amenities on the property and the finishes in my unit!! Now that we are into the snow-season, I would say that more attention needs to be paid to the ice around Building 2, given the shape of the building and the way the sun (doesn't) hit the high-traffic areas around the front door of the building, this seems to be the area of the property with the biggest safety concern and falling hazard. Added bonus is the art around the property, too! I enjoy calling Gateway home!!

Amazing Staff!!

I just wanted to take a minute and thank the awesome staff at Gateway Arvada Ridge. They have done above and beyond my expectations. This last year with the Pandemic has been especially hard. I just want to say Thank You to Coral and her team for helping me. I can’t say thank you enough. You are wonderful!

Parking has improved immensely!

I can't use the gym because of the restricted hours. I wish we could sign up to abide by COVID rules and go anytime 247. Parking has improved immensely! New staff has been very responsive and has made a lot of positive changes. The light rail bells can be a nuisance but i guess we've gotten a little used to them. Still waiting on our garage repair. Maintenance had to order new parts to secure the siding above the garage entry.

could be better

The location of these apartments is superb, right across from the train and bus service for easy commuting into Denver. However, some of the apartments are noisy because they front the street and tracks, and I can hear the nearby plant. The apartments are stylish and I liked multiple layouts, but the buildings are cheaply built and I have had many maintenance issues. Appliances are low-end. West facing apartments with lots of windows are hot in the summer (but great views!), units with fewer windows or different orientation are cold in winter. Still, energy bills have been quite reasonable. Staff is more receptive than in the past, but issues still abound. Lots of dogs; most neighbors are very good about controlling their pets. Even with the negatives, I would rent again.
