Great Place, Great People, Great Views

We have lived here for two years, in two different units. Our time here has been great, we have always lived on the top floor and enjoyed fabulous views of the Denver Metro/mountain range. We love the staff and the amenities that Gateway Arvada Ridge offeres. Additionally, Gateway is perfectly situated on the metro line to downtown Arvada and downtown Denver. We love how close we are to Golden and Boulder County as well. On the weekends, it's super easy to jump onto I-70 and drive to the mountains. We would recommend Gateway to anyone!

Take care of your residents

Unhelpful staff no parking and although the maintenance staff is great my door handle has been broken since the day I moved in and all that ever gets done is a bandage job not a long term proper fix
