It's Okay, Could be Better

We have been living here at Cinnamon Creek for almost two years and I have to say things could be better. For starters, rent is high compared to other properties (realized after we moved in). Trash bins are always filled up and inconsiderate residents leave trash on the ground near the bins and it takes days for maintenance to get it cleaned up. The laundry machines rarely work. You will hear the yard workers about 2-3 days a week. But aside from all that, the property is pretty calm and an ok place to live in.

High Rent, Poor Staff

The location of the property is fantastic, easy access to almost everything in Westminster. With that said, I'd recommend you to do more research before moving into Cinnamon Creek. There were countless reviews saying the staff/managment were not great and it is so true. Even on the move in date, we realized the apartment were not fully fixed up for a new tenant, so we did a walk thru and pointed out everything to be fixed. It took forever and not everything got fixed. Requests for maintenance takes forever and when you email or go to the office for any issues, you don't get acknowledgment of your issue. Sent emails and never got replies (yes the email is correct). Neighbors can be loud as the property has a lot of people. Rent cost more than other apartments near by, so definitely not a good value for all that you have to deal with.
