Old buildings, expensive but spacious and safe.

Haven't had much trouble living here. It's expensive for type of apartments they are but it's in a safe location and nobody's tried to Rob my car so that's great.

Peaceful, Comfortable, Home

Tomorrow will be 1 year that we (my brother and I) have lived at Oakview. We love it. Coming from an apartment alongside a university campus, we cannot stop bragging about the amount of parking, noise control, and cleanliness of the streets. When we moved to Oakview, our goal was to upgrade as much as we could, for an affordable price. Well, at Oakview, that is exactly what we found. We just renewed our lease yesterday, for another year. I expect we will be renewing at this time next year, too. It is great living in Westlake Village, at Oakview. I would absolutely recommend someone to live here. Only good neighbors, though. Like the ones we have now.

Very nice

So far it has been good, there has been a few complications with broken items in the unit but the staff has been very helpful and very friendly! I appreciate the dog bags and grass areas around the complex, i also feel very safe walking to and from my car at night.
