I've lived at the Strand for about 8 months and love it. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Any maintenance request gets fixed promptly. Great location as well.

Pretty good

We have lived at the Strand for only a few months. We really love our apartment - the only complaint is that the walls are relatively thin and we can hear everything our neighbors are doing. Our parking spots are also very far from our apartment.

I strand corrected

Originally didnt want to move here but i opened up to it. Nice amenities and apartment but they need to clean the public areas in the apartment buildings more frequently, espcially the stairways outside the apartments.
