Love the environment

I've been living here for 4 months, everyone has been very helpful. The service is exceptional from the office staff, to the maintenance crew. Very nice place to live. Gym state of the art!

Totally worth it

Absolutely amazing staff. It has taken a while for me to get around to writing this review...but Shelley in the leasing office was absolutely AMAZING. She was the main reason we decided to move into Sofi. She made the process so easy and understandable. She also worked with our difficult schedule and helped us get into our apartment. I just recently moved to California from Louisiana and in the process of switching things over and navigating a new place, Shelley helped not only get me a job that helped us get our apartment but she pushed beyond the rules and bent them to help us out. She truly was a blessing to work with and that is why we chose Sofi...Shelley made it happen for us and the staff is why Sofi is so amazing.

Sofi Shadowridge is a great community.

We've lived here since 2015 and we keep renewing our lease here because we get a full 2-car garage with some extra storage, hard-surface floors throughout (except carpet in the bedrooms), great appliances including a full-sized washer and dryer, a clubhouse, gym, pool, hot tub, fantastic landscaping, and great BBQ area. But what really makes Sofi stand out is the staff. Particularly Cesar and Jonathan in maintenance, and Biliana in the leasing office. They have both consistently been there for us as tenants and have gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and happy here. Even better, Sofi is currently renovating all the units with new cabinets, flooring, lighting, and fresh new paint (was beige, now a nice soft white). We were even able to add an accent wall for a splash of color in the living room. Sofi is also completely renovating the clubhouse area and making a lot of improvements to landscaping and BBQ areas. My only complaints about our four years here are because of other neighbors: 1) some neighbors have been loud, obnoxious, and have zero consideration of others; 2) some neighbors drive too fast through the complex, blast car stereos, rev engines; 3) and for some reason some people will NOT pick up their dog's waste even though there are plenty of pet stations throughout the complex with pet waste bags and disposal bins. However, overall Sofi is far and above what is offered out there right now, even comparing them to brand new apartment complexes just built. We've literally visited them all. We've looked in Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad and Sofi continues to check all the boxes. The staff work hard and take pride in this community?. The constant improvements to the property ensure? that we will continue to enjoy our stay here. Thank you to the Sofi team, especially Cesar, Jonathan and Biliana, for making Sofi feel like home.
