Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Pet Rent $55/month per pet. Additional security deposit of $300 (one deposit per unit).  No weight limit. ** All pet fees, additional security deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions. Great Place to Live

I've lived at Colony Parc for over 4 years and it is great. Great staff that will fix any plumbing structural issues ASAP. Dog Friendly, and nice neighbors. A quite complex, but the freeway is close, so that can be background noisy at night.

Colony Parc

Lived here for 4 years. Seems like the vetting process has gotten a little lax lately. We have kids swimming at 1am, people blasting tbeir music at the pools and fitness room, etc. Seemed like a more conscientious group when I first moved in.

Happy Overall

We have lived here since 2020 and are happy overall. Kind of pricy for the size, and could definitely use more parking; but the maintenance team is amazing, and the office staff is always friendly and efficient so the pros outweigh the cons in the end. The community is also quiet, and well kept so no complaints there. Hot tubs could use some work because it seems like one or both are always having issues (but that’s a problem for my boyfriend, I couldn’t really care less).
