a safe place to stay

Thank you for providing a safe place to stay. I have had no issues with my living space, whenever I have maintenance issues they are resolved asap. My only concern would be the operating hours of the gym and Hot tub. The gym hours are from 10am - 5pm. Most people work during those hours while as lease I do. I understand the gym needs to be cleaned but if you clean at 5pm why doesn't the gym open until 10am and vise versa.

GOT TRUTH?

With 'Shelter in Place' I thought I had made the right tough decisions?! I paid my rent above all else and made certain i could buy fresh water and food. Working restrictions further complicated the situation as I tried to keep a clean bill of health. I managed just fine until my landlord had a 60 day notice hand delivered to my door. On top of the 60 day notice he wanted me to continue to pay him rent. Moving expenses and rent...Nah!!! I was ready to invest in myself. Lisa and Ashley at Sterling Village Apartment Homes became my refuge in a storm of unethical bottom feeders. They've gone above and beyond to provide the hedge of protection required by the driven. What was intended for evil worked out for my good. I'm at peace, I feel safe and the improvements being made at Sterling Village keep coming. I have not yet had a need for repairs/experienced maintenance staff - but I'm confident in their ability to maintain the face of integrity I've come to appreciate. Life is good. Many thanks and deep gratitude for Sterling Village Apartment Homes Staff. I'm loving it!!!

For the price of the apartment, I do think one parking stall should come with the apartment. I think everyone should have access to gym room

Value for your money

I love these apt!! Was looking for several months before I found this place. Parking can be an issue but mostly because I have trouble walking so I like to find a spot close to my apt. Grounds can be messy with trash at times but you finds that all kver. Well built units. Noise not a problem between units at all. Staff very friendly.

Sterling Village

The only complaint is parking. When renting a apartment home you should automatically get a parking space. I feel as thou were being robbed more money..
