What others love about this property:

Excellent community and management, but overpriced.

The community and management are a model for how apartment living should be except for the following: 1. Noise. Noise from the freeway, leafblowers, and service trucks have been non-stop since moving in and the windows are not engineered to suppress it. This has led to annoyances and sleepless nights for the entirety of my stay. 2. Price. While the community is excellent and well mantained, I believe this should just be the standard expectation for living anywhere and that living should be affordable. For the cost of my one bedroom apartment I can get a house. The novelty of nices appliances and amenities that I rarely use wear off quickly and are not justified by the continual monthly premiums. We live in a world where quality living needs to be the norm and accessible to all but isn't - for the reasons that various forces make it cost prohibitive. This strains financials and the quality and general happiness of individuals and families. What the point of having a nice place to live if you can't enjoy it because you're always anxious about finances because the cost is too high?

Feels Like Home

I am juat loving this place. Mu teenage son says “it’s a vibe”. it definitely Is. The people are kiind. The staff and security are top notch. I love the amenities and all of the doggies. My younger son studies in one of the study rooms To do his homework. We love it here. ??

Santal Review

Santal is a great place to live - the staff, location, and amenities are top notch, as are the apartments. Everything is new, clean, and well thought out. I love living here. The only non-5-star ratings I have are regarding noise (101 is very close and TO Blvd is also a little louder than expected) and value (the area is expensive - it's not unique to Santal to have high rent). I am very happy with my choice to live at Santal. I don't think there is a better apartment complex in all of TO. If you can afford the rent, this is the place to be!
