Need more landscape work and building repairs/paint
StephanieI’ve lived here for approximately 15 years. The condition of the apartment buildings and surrounding areas has gone downhill in my opinion. The landscaping needs to be worked on as things aren’t really well kept (not being groomed/trimmed and the grass had many areas just died and has not been replaced) A lot of the buildings need to be repainted, and the railings on a lot of the upstairs apartments. need repair work done.. I feel the rent prices are very expensive as I don’t feel these are luxury apartments by any means. And my main reason for staying here because it’s close to my work and I can’t really afford to move. Hopefully, in the next few months, the management might make some improvements to the complex.
Noise from street is loud

This used to be a nice pkace to live many years ago. It has become absolutely trashy now. Ther is a new guy (Eric)in the office that is great. He tried to be helpful. There is also an extremely nasty horrifying old woman that rudely chimed in when i was stating my issues with multiple things wrong in my apartment. While i was speaking/complaining, she yelled out, “well, you have options!”. I couldn’t believe she did that and i asked “did you really just say that to me? Are you saying I should just move out if i have problems?!!! I asked her what her name is 3 times. Each time, she laughed at me and said “John Doe”. I wish I could mention her by name but I am left with just being able to describe her; enough cheap makeup on to stock a whole 99 cent store makeup isle, dressed as if she was for rent, (cheap), and could was easily portray a wicked witch with no makeup at all. A bit of info for you before you make a huge error by moving here. You will be charged $5.50 every month so the complex can have an outside company prepare your rent/other charges bill each month. You will be billed separately each month to pay for the complex’s pest control. You will be billed fir trash service, (the bins), as well as an additional $26 p/month for valet trash pickup at your door even if you dont use it or want it. You will be charged more for water and for sewer service. If you want to park your personal car anywhere inside the complex, you will be charged or they will tow your car. In addition to paying for not guaranteed spot open parking, you can rent a carport for an additional $40 p/ month. The grounds in here are full of dead frass, dead plants, tall weeds, and overgrown bushes covering the walkways. They list many breeds of dog that are not allowed, yet provide the loophole about the “service animal” garage. People recently moved in with 2 Pitbulls, whick they walk simultaneously while carrying a baby and leave their dog poop all over the place and dont clean it up.
