Peaceful and Safe!
I moved away from home 2,000+ miles by myself and this place (Vista Promenade) has always made me feel safe and secure and I work odd hours with my job and I always feel secure walking my dog no matter what time if day it is!
Great location in Temecula
Just moved in here a month ago. So far its decent and you are in the middle of everything around Temecula. 10 minutes from wineries, 5 minutes from Promenade Mall and less than 10 minutes from Old Town. Parking can be a little annoying if your unit does not include a carport. You can either pay $10 for open parking or $100 for a garage. If your unit does include carport, you still have to pay a fee of $40. In my opinion, its not bad as you will always have parking instead of worrying to find parking close to your apartment. I ended up renting the classic model which is not the upgraded unit but its still decent and not the worse thing if you don't care about luxury. If you do, upgraded units are of course more expensive. This place offers valet trash which you don't have to worry about taking your trash all the way to the waste bins. You simply take it outside your door and someone comes and picks it up for you. This is an auto service of $26 a month and can't opt out. Its also a gated community which its a plus for me. I would rated it a 7.5/10. I still ought to see if I don't come across any issues along the way since I'm fairly new to the community. Overall, I am pleased at the moment and love the fact its in a great location.
