Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Our 3 bedroom townhouse feels like a forever home! The Mgmt team worked with us frim.day one to be sure we got our dream home. Maintenance response is phenomenal. The location is is one of the best in the city for access to work, schools, freeways, restaurants and shopping. The complex is clean and quiet. Been in Temecula over 20 years and this is by far the best place we've lived

Lazy people need to pick up their dog poop
I enjoy living here and my dogs can run everyday, but there are alot of lazy people who expect maintenance to pick up their dog poop!
