Excellent Location, Horrible Noise Issues

We have really enjoyed living in Studio City as well as the aesthetic of the 4114 Vantage Building. However, we have had significant issues with noise transmission from one unit to the next. The upstairs neighbors are clearly audible when they are speaking or walking (let alone when they drop objects) in the unit above. The noise is so transmissible, it has made it difficult to sleep, work from home, and even conduct business meetings/zooms with the background noise from the adjacent units.

Poor soundproofing for the floor

Everything is great for this apartment except the noise from our upper floor. I understood nothing we can do for the people/person's way of walking. However, it quit noisy and need earplug when I go to sleep. It's sad.

Feels Like Home

It feels like I am stepping into a home, not an apartment. They have done such a great job with all the finishes and appliances in these apartments. It is in a prime neighborhood and very walk-able to grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, etc. The building is very safe, secure entrance and each apartment has a 'ring' on the front door. Management is wonderful and super responsive. Love it here.
