Overall, living here is fairly convenient for me and my pet. The heavy change in management raises eyebrows for concern; amenities and elevators constantly being fixed/broken causes for frequent inconvenience that don't match the "luxury" apartment standard this building markets.

Luxurious new apartments

I have lived here for a few months now and really enjoy living here. The property is new and contains great amenities. The location is convenient, as there are grocery stores and a walking trail nearby, but I do wish I were a bit closer to the BART station, which is a 15-20 minute walk away. One parking spot is included with our 1BD unit, and there are visitor spots available near the building lobby area. I do think the property is one of the more expensive ones in the area, and had I not received a move-in concession, I likely would not have move here. Last but not least, Alyssa and all of the other staff are amazing! Super friendly and responsive.

Decent Place

Pros: Very clean and tidy compared to most complexes. Amenities are nice. Utilities work pretty well for the most part. Parking is excellent as the garage is spacious and closed off to residents. Interior walls are thick. Cons: Units are rather small for what you pay. Not a whole lot of in unit storage space. Outside noise can be mildly bothersome. There is a leafblower guy that comes around once a week which is rather loud. A police station across the street make you hear sirens occasionally.
