What others love about this property:
secure and quiet
I've had this apartment for 8 years for work (my home state is elsewhere). The apartments are self-contained while small. The underground parking is so much better than carport or on the street parking and worth the extra$$. Maintainence is okay and the grounds are pretty clean, except the alley which often smells of urine (the city's fault). The location is quiet and several blocks away from the touristy part of town but still close as to be very walkable. The worst beef I have is that there is constant smell of pot smoke when the building and grounds are supposed to be "smoke-free". Management does nothing about this.
good, secure building in a great location
good location just far enough away from the popular tourist area of the Promenade but within walking distance to it, the SM Pier, many restaurants, the lightrail station and many other amenities. People smoking weed in the building is a drawback to non-smokers but it is generally quiet and secure in this building. Rent is not cheap, but that's standard for anywhere in SM with the amenities of this location.
