A Perfect Spot

We have been so impressed with every possible aspect of living at 301 Ocean. The location is ideal and from the moment you step through the lobby and into the courtyard, you know you are in a very special place. From our first visit, we knew we had arrived at a place we could easily call home. The grounds are immaculately maintained and beautifully laid out. The concierge staff is attentive and so accomodating. Our property manager, Daniel, is absolutely the best. He is so welcoming and responds quickly to every question or request. Miguel, the maintenance manager, is on property and promptly available. Cleaning staff are on-site, making the grounds a showplace. This is the level of service and attention to detail that elevates and sets 301 apart from any other beautiful apartment complex. Our apartment has a fantastic view and we never tire of the spectacular sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. Welcome to Paradise!

Peaceful Community

I immediately feel in love with 301 Ocean after my 1st tour. It's such a serene well maintained community. The staff is very friendly and highly responsive to any requests. The location across the street from Palisades park has the most beautiful sunsets and its just a quick walk to the beach. I highly recommend living here.

301 Ocean is an incredible property. Modern build, great amenities, fully in tune with ocean living. But it's the people that really make it special. Daniel and the whole 301 team are exceptional, they make living here a joy. I moved in the midst of COVID and everyone was thoughtful and helpful. The ocean breezes are a gift, the light is great, and the convenience unbeatable. If you're reading this review, just apply already!

Favorite place we have ever lived!

We recently moved into 301 and thus far, it has completely exceeded our expectations, It definitely feels like a home! The service, management (shout out to Daniel who is the best property manager we have ever experienced!) and all of our new neighbors have been so helpful and welcoming. The courtyard is pure bliss and the views/location are incomparable. Our one concern moving in was the noise from San Vicente/Ocean but to our surprise, its totally quiet and peaceful. Overall, the place couldn't be better!
