Maintenance

I called Maintenance on 12/25 because of faucet leaking issue in kitchen. I got call on 12/26, he told it will take about 2 weeks to get new faucet to be replace, but I have not received yet and no call. Recently I had issue with hot water did not come well at bathroom in morning time.

My husband and I moved in this month, and we love our new modern apt. The amenities that it comes with are great, and the staff is excellent. I love how pet friendly it is, and how conveniently close it is to the shopping centers.

Maintenance personnel are amazing!

I've been living at Ascent for 3+ years now and whenever I have had maintenance issues the team has beyond exceptional especially Fernando Valenzuela. He has always been efficient, prompt and knowledgeable! Even during a pandemic crisis he showed up, with a mask to fix my sensor issue. Most recently showed up within 10 minutes to take care of the locks. I have had many issues from washer/dryer units to AC and he has always shown up and resolved the situation. He is quick, friendly and knows what he's doing.

Pet Restrictions: Ascent Apartments accepts up to two indoor pets per apartment. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted.   Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed, and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am.
