Best Place to Live in SF

Convenient to necessary stores (supermarket, dry cleaning, liquor, drug, and pharmacy, etc.) with good parking and walkable places. An in-building fitness center with pool and tennis across the street. This is the easiest and best place to live in SF.

Mostly good

Maintenance is my main issue. I have had little to no response about the maintenance issues on my apartment. Otherwise everything else is pretty good. I do feel that with the pandemic it would’ve been nice for parking to have also been reduced but I appreciate the rent decrease overall

Tranquility Exists

I moved in a short time ago, and have felt so amazing about it since day 1. A couple of FOB glitches but the staff was wonderful with helping out. The view is spectacular, I have never heard my neighbors, I wouldn't even know there were any except that I see their light on from my patio, staff took care of someone parked in my spot quickly, a minor maintenance request I put in was handled within 2 days, my packages are always waiting by my door... I mean I am blissfully happy. 90% of the tenants I have met have been so kind and giving tips and guidance on the neighborhood. The move in process was amazingly easy (RESERVE YOUR ELEVATOR BEFOREHAND!).

Management is very unresponsive

Good location, and community in general. The Management of the property is very unresponsive, even in cases of urgency. One of the elevators is not working most of the time, causing long queues to go up and down. Building doesn't offer any amenities.
