Additionally, we do not permit the following breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Danes, Mastiff, Pitbull Terriers, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, and Wolf Hybrid. Please contact us to request our pet addendum for your signature. Upon approval, a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet will be added to your ledger. We eagerly anticipate welcoming your beloved furry companions into our community!

975 Burnett Ave Rocks!

I thoroughly enjoyed living at 975 Burnett. The convenient access to highways, nature (Twin Peaks, Glen Canyon, Ocean Beach, Ft. Funston and nearby smaller parks) are bar none. The community is diverse, kind, and we all look out for each other. It's also a great area to live if you have a dog and a car. Parking is easy to find. The resident manager, Michael, was professional, nice, and responsive. I'd recommend 975 Burnett to my friends and family.

Staff are slow

Repairs take forever to complete task. When requesting items to fixed it falls upon deaf ears. Staff are slow to respond. They are quick to charge more and remodel. The long residents are not a priority.
