Reasonably priced, Tenderloin adjecent

The location is what it is. The building attracts students, families and single people. It's generally kept in good shape except for the elevator which is often down, once for almost a year. Laundry in the basement takes coins, which didn't seem like a big deal pre-pandemic...

Improve maintenance

I have been here for over 2+ years. - The location is convenient and relatively quiet at night, but many times I found the elevator and laundry machines were out of service, making life even harder to carry clothes around the corner. I think the laundry should employ an online service instant of using coins. - I saw the tree in the front of the building was trimmed down, and I just wished the trees in the backyard should do the same to get more sun during the day, which will help residents improve their living a lot -- people need the sunlight. Overall I'm happy that I found this place, and I can't wait to see its improvement.

I have not been truly happy since I have been here. Issues with the elevator regularly . I thank God for the roof over my head.
