Loud street but worth it

The building is a few blocks from a firehouse so if your unit is toward the main street like mine you might be woken up by fire trucks every now and then. Other than that, for the price, location and the surprisingly nice finishings inside the units, it’s been great

Lived here for coming up to a year. Location, transportation and price of the place is great. Staff are mostly great and responsive to any work orders The biggest down side to this place I would say is noise (traffic, people outside, etc...).

Overall content

One of our laundry machines has been broken for 3+ months, so the entire building is down to 1 washing machine for 30+ residents. Otherwise it's good value.

It's a good budget apartment

I've lived here for a year. I plan on continuing to live here. The website made me write this review so I'm a little annoyed at the moment (the pop-up window wouldn't go away) but overall I do enjoy the place and think it's a good deal for the price I pay.
