Professional Building Management
Going on seven years at this address. It is very quiet at night so good for sleep and rest. I love the trees out the window, and in general it is well maintained.
3 months in; Extremely let down so far
I started off with scheduling 2 maintenance calls in the first month for things that should have been checked and dealt with before I moved in. I can't sleep with my windows open even when its hot, because someone feels the need to drag a dumpster across the parking lot at 4am every morning. Still wakes me up most days even with the windows shut, but sometimes I'm lucky and sleep through it. I'm one person being charged over $100 dollars a month for trash and sewage, when other units in the same building with 5 or 6 people in them are paying the same amount. And every time I have a guest they are offered to buy heroin at the front door. EVERY. TIME. I know it's a bad neighborhood, but astonished that ownership and management has done nothing about it. My rent is extremely over priced for what I have gotten so far. Regret signing on here so quickly. Way to lure people in with some free weeks of rent. Good tactic; I fell for it.
