Verified Resident

Clean place, but difficult to get maintenance to help

I have lived at my Brick and Timber residence for about 6 months now. Overall, the property (and other B&T properties I have seen) are very clean and have modern interiors. Getting my Lease approved and key exchange was painless, and have not had any issues with pests or household amenities breaking. However, at move in there were a number of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. For example, since we were the first residents to live in this propererty, the USPS mail process has not yet been established at move in. We now have lived there for 6 months and have a USPS box installed, but does not have a master lock installed, so USPS will not deliver the mail. Our mail sometimes goes to our neighbors and gets back to us, but most of it has gone completely missing. We have tried to get this addressed for 6 months, and have had no progress with maintenance.
