Dog Friendly

Because the property is Dog Friendly and the floors are thin, the upstairs apartment dogs sound like giant clawed spiders frolicking, although they do not bark. The late night parties upstairs have been so loud that residents two floors down have complained and moved. The next-door neighbors have a puppy which moans and bumps and scratches against things when they are not home.. That being said, the building maintenance is above average, the new-rented apartments are refurbished, and the added apartments on the first floor have increased the building's earthquake stability.
