Are we in the “do not talk to them” list?

At first I thought it was only the previous property manager that was irresponsible and unresponsive (no matter what nethod of communication I tried, she ignored them all). Then she left and I thought things would be better, but the situation - namely the persistant ignoring of any and all requests for advice on how to deal with a dangerous and very serious situation with our nextdoor neighbor, who bangs on our door at all times of day and night, and tries to force open it [having gotten inside our apartment once and scaring my wife with her crazy accussations] with constant angry fits due to advanced dementia, which we have put up since we moved in here four years ago. We were not told about it that situation, even though other tenants have told me that they too have dealt with it for years. Is this the company’s policy, to ignore all requests? Why ask about our experience with your brand of customer service if there’s none offered? How is that even legal, when dealing with paying customers? Silence is never the solution, as it usually adds insult to injury, and unnecessary gas to a very flamnable situation. Then, a seriously smelling, black guy, with a weird attitude comes out of the previously empty aoartment two doors down from ours, and I asked if that was an offcial new tenant, because of safety concerns (there have been honeless individuals who have gotten in).. Again, the silent treatment. I said clearly in my messages that I did not want/need details, but only a yes/no answer, for our safety, just to confirm that managenent knew that individual and things were under control. Again, nothing. Imaginev that your banker or your doctor took that “mean girl” attitude and decided not to reply to any of your messages (for months).., what woukd think, how eoyld you feel, what would you want to do? Is that the best way to do business?

Do better

No improvements whatsoever, no added laundry or drying machines, no security at all. No control over people creating disturbances or smoking inside of the building; but you still raise the rent every year.

A great building in a bustling part of town

I love living at 1060 Bush St! Its a beautiful, classic building, with ornate detailing that is well taken care of. Noise is typical of a busy street like Bush, and getting around can be tough, but it’s a worthwhile tradeoff to be in such a vibrant neighborhood!

Maintenance

Truly believe that adding an extra pair of laundry and drying machines could help out, I don’t what is being done with maintenance money, cause definitely not building improvements
