Noise Levels

The staff is really nice. The location is perfect with the Albertson's and CVS, Post Office and City Hall and various food establishments within walking distance. The grounds are kept up fine, and the rent is the lowest I have found in the area. The noise is something that isn't really addressed. The units are between a strip of busy businesses and parking lot, the trash bins from the businesses and the train tracks. The biggest issues are the trash trucks collecting trash from the large bins and delivery trucks making deliveries in the wee hours of the morning, and the trains that blow their horns at random times during the night or early morning. It is something I just can't get used to! My sleep is disturbed by these noises and it makes it hard to show up fully rested to work.

The location is great, nice grounds

The location is great, nice grounds, even has a community garden! Friendly and very helpful staff. I don't have a car, everything you need is within walking distance. Looking forward to getting my mother in there very soon!
