Prohibited pets include, but are not limited to, reptiles, ferrets, pigs, rabbits and monkeys.

Property Manager, Susan is simply amazing to me! I especially appreciate her kindness and patience while ensuring that everyone is up to speed on new computer technology that allows tenants the ease of paying rent online and completing/signing lease documents. Clean & Quiet

I’ve been a resident for three years. I recommend Park San Dimas. The grounds are well maintained. The people are friendly. There are many activities to join. The pool & spa area is inviting and right off of our clubhouse. We have an enclosed mail room with locking post office boxes. I take walks within our gated community. I feel very safe here. Our manager Susan Allen is always helpful and she knows each resident by name. She’s very approachable and always ready to help with any issues you may have.

Pleasant and safe environment

What a delightful, and serene environment. All the residents are nice and friendly. The landscaping is always keep up. I always felt safe and secure here. I’m gonna miss Susan “manager”. You guys are the best.
