non urgent repair requests

I just moved in a few weeks ago and I am so happy with the maintenance service! Keith just came and to service a few things in the unit. I'm sure the staff are busy with everyone's requests for maintenance since people are home for the holidays, but Keith is still so friendly and professional. He was able to fix one of the three things, is ordering a part for another, and is following up tomorrow with the third that wasn't resolved today. Thank you, Keith!

Our Forever Home

We've lived here for 4 years and have seen a few management companies in that time, but I have to say that the Sofi girls are the best! Honey and Lisa are so nice, always available to answer our questions or just chat about day to day things. They even went above and beyond this Halloween to make sure to coordinate signs to direct the little ones to the units that were passing out candy. This was the first year that we had kids come to the door! Actually more than 20! The maintenance guys take good care of us as well. Anytime we need something fixed, it's done right away. This is truly our forever home!

Thank you Sofi Canyon

I wanted to wait a few months before I wrote a review. I really love the Sofi Canyon Residential Community. The apartments are beautiful. And when anything goes wrong, Ceaser or Raymundo are so quick to fix it! Lisa and Honey at the Leasing Office are both fabulous - and very fair. They run a tight ship - don't get me wrong. But I think it's probably appreciated by most of the tenants - they take good care of the community and really care about the residents well being. The residents that I have met are kind...and not loud. My kids love the pool and tennis courts. And what a plus to be able to have a dog too. Overall, Sofi Canyon is a great place to live. I would strongly recommend it to anyone.
