Health Hazard

All of the maintenance people and most of the tenants neglect to wear masks within the complex. Management is more interested in aesthetic improvements to the general complex than addressing resident concerns within an apartment. The parking situation is acceptable for a pandemic but my car and at least one other has been broken into in the last two months. Laundry is expensive at $3.50 per load and it can only be paid in quarters, despite an ongoing national coin shortage and banks only distributing a single $10 roll per day. Amenities are plentiful but have been off limits all year, although you know we’re still paying full price rent. This place is a really good example of an apartment complex that could be nice if it didn’t keep repainting concrete and metal instead of tearing out moldy carpet in their apartments...

La jolla park east review

I been living here for almost 3 years now. Great location and staff is very friendly. Cost of services have been increased (I've just got the water bill increased 100%) Overal furniture, appliances and carpet are so old and seems there is no plan to renovate it.
