Only good thing is location.

Great location and that is it. Management does not care abut the residence. Bikes and mail will be stolen (yes mail as in your mail box not just amazon/packages, say good bye to those too). The Management company needs to make improvements other than paint (referring to the "upgraded gym" that was closed for at least a month and only got a new paint job and no equipment was upgraded). The management company needs to show that they care about the community and then maybe this will reflect within the office staff. Office staff is always short and cranky, turn over is high. Not sure if they are over worked? But what ever is going on makes most of them unpleasant to speak with. Let me also clarify this was before Covid-19 so the office can not say this only happened because of Covid.

Good Value for a Great Location

I have lived here for 8 years. Walking distance to the bay, less than a mile from Garnet and from the ocean. Easy access to the freeways. The pool and tennis courts really nice. Bay Pointe is an older construction (1970's), but the units are large and the price is fair for the location. I have recommended living here to many friends.
