Daniel/ Maintenance Legendary

Daniel and the entire maintenance staff are so Legendary. I have been living here for approximately 6 years and since Daniel has been employed. He treat the Tenants with respect. Does not make you feel like an idiot when you ask a question about the repairs needed. Plenty of EMPATHY and Genuinely cares about the tenants and shows compassion. NEVER disrespects or undermines you. His repairs are always 100% on point. NEVER talks to you like you’re a pre-schooler.. He respects Adults to the utmost. If some Employees in the Leasing office had Patience like him I guarantee you Castlepark would have LESS vacancies… I really Miss Ms. Karen because she was in a class of her own like Daniel. She kept it real with laughter and Respect but the loved she showed for the Tenants were “Amazing.” Daniel is just like Ms Karen. Kind and So Respectful and not phony when the owner comes. Please give him a Million Star Review because he deserves every star for his Professionalism and POSITIVE Personality!!!

Today, I want to give a huge Shout Out to Daniel in the Maintenance Department. The respect and integrity he has for the tenants is truly amazing… He goes well and beyond the call of duty and Never insult or humiliate you for calling all hours with maintenance emergencies. A lot of tenant are always talking about the patience, active listener to calmly communicate what the maintenance problem is and the contributing factor. On the Weekends he’s Overworked and I’m sure Underpaid but Daniel Never complains. Only smile and following the Covid -19 guidelines and approval before entering. I wish there were More Kind Employees with patience like him. I appreciate All the Maintenance staff but today, it was time to recognize Daniel who holds it down when others don’t. Please let him know because he’s so Worthy of it!!!! I thank God for his Legendary Service!!!!
