Apt 161 says

I love living here and you get to enjoy every penny of what you pay to stay here. Shopping center across the street has every stop Mari you could ever want and need. Busy part of town but it’s so quiet here that I can fall asleep anytime with no problems. Landscaping is kept so clean which I don’t see often enough. Thanks for having me Retro APTS. staff and awesome friendly neighbors. Be safe out there!

Value isnt there

The cost increasese been given to residents; such as the average sewer bill of $50/monthly, the water bill $25/monthly, trash bill $13.93 and processing fee $3.99/monthly plust the appartment monthly rent of $1,285 make the cost monthly to high for the facilities offered. They gym and pool weren't open for months, the trah bins are often over flowing. The management team is not responsive to questions why the sewer and water bill is so high when a tent is away from the property for two months at a time.
