Good Comfortable Place Overall

Have been living here a little over a year. Parking is always hard and sometimes I've had to knock around because someone parked in my parking spot. One night I had to spend over an hour trying to get ahold of towing company and California place to get my parking spot back (There were no parking spots on site). Maintenance staff are extremely friendly and when I moved in the office staff were very caring and had high levels of communication with me. The location for me is pretty good. Costco is down the street, got a couple great food options nearby and I enjoy going for runs in the neighborhood in the morning and evening. Overall I enjoy living hear and recently just renewed my lease for another year.

New management seems really good, Bad parking & Location

Probably one of the best maintained properties i have lived at. The old management had difficulty basic management of the property but the new management seems to have their act together and the new portal is much better. Security is not so great, have had vehicle break-ins and parking is very limited. If you don't get a reserved space you are screwed and visitors can rarely find a place to park. Maintenance staff is awesome. New management seems awesome also. Have seen drug dealers at the convenience market next door peddling their wares from a silver BMW. My neighbors are great though and area is quiet.

I've been trying to pay my September 2020 rent since Sept. 1, 2020 this site shows a zero balance due. Please make the correction so I can pay the $163.16 rent that's due now. Thank you
