Apen Park

The staff is great but you can never have any guest over because their's never enough parking spaces available. Many people have pets and they don't clean after them.

Went goes up living conditions go down

Just recently, children who do not live next door to me but play their constantly create such noise that it has interrupted my work that I'm required to do at home since covid-19. Participants and trainings that I facilitate often here the screams in the racket caused my children in addition they leave trash repeatedly after being asked to please just simply toss it away. there are a couple apartments that draw unusual traffic that result in our parking not always being accessible when we arrive home. There are no improvements while rent constantly goes up yearly.

parking and pet responsibility

I was told there were no issues with parking so I did not include the parking fee on my lease. Residents and their friends and family members park their cars in uncovered parking spaces and them don't move them for months. Then when they do move their cars, they just replace them with a different car. I have had my Catalytic converters damaged from theft costing me over $1200.00 no apology from staff. My neighbor takes her dog outside and NEVER picks up her dogs poop. She only goes next to the entrance gate and it is full of her dogs poop.
