Pretty quiet and friendly staff

I don't like being forced to pay for a service to take my trash from the patio to the dumpster, Since I had to ay it I figured I would use it, but my trash just piled up and stunk up my patio, No one touched it for two weeks so I am throwing the trash out, but still paying the fee, I also put in two tickets to fix my washwe that hasn't worked correctly since I moved in, So 7 months and 2 tickets later its still not working, I got an email when I was out of town that it was fixed, but when I cameback nothing was fixed. So I am still waitimg
