Wonderful and quiet. Current construction limits the use of amenities - poop, spa, fitness however once completed all should be lovely. Great maintenance response if needed, ample parking and friendly office staff.

Lived here about a year. Very peaceful. Great for families. Very nice sidewalks or trails for walking and biking. Staff are very respectful and responsive. Fantastic covered pool. Re-construction of hot tub was(/is) going on for ever. Apartment maintenance needs were attended and resolved quickly.

Indian Creek Garden Apts

Noise almost every morning-afternoon from landscaping companies both on the property and adjacent properties. Trash is always over flowing in dumpsters. No value in the apartments , you pay for everything water sewer trash, and the apartments are basic. No value for what else is out there. Location is great cloe to the trail and midway to city and south bay. Townhomes across from building ten have loud occupants that always have windows open and scream and yell at all times of the day and night which echoes. Dont expect quiet in the summer with windows open because of them or if on your deck. Biggest issue is the rent increases each year that are not justified for what you pay for. They have high turn over with units.
