Noise that is crazy loud

The noise that you have to deal with everyday all day and night. The street noise for me is unbearable. We have bought noise reducer don't help. Tried sleeping with ear plugs, that's about the only way I have found to be able to sleep. Just crazy that for a place of such high stander that the walls and window are of poor quality. I loved the place as we moved in that all changed when we went to bed. And its night after night no break here. Wish we could do something to change that. Parking on the other hand if you want a parking place you better get home early and not leave. Because you won't have a place to park for the night. Really sad that they made so little parking for such a big place. Can't park on the street nor anywhere around the place.
