Unsatisfied

Unpleasant and lazy staff, maintenance is not what it use to be, work orders are not completed correctly. Carpet and floors are not cleaned, replaced, and just as everything else it is outdated yet rent price is raised outrageously! There is never parking for your guest.

Used to be nice

I have lived here for 4 yrs now and I have seen management change several times. This last change has been the worst. The staff aren't friendly, they got rid of the maintenance guy that actually did a good job. Now they this idiot that can't even fix a door. The maintenance takes forever, I'm still waiting on them to fix my cracked bath tub. They wont enforce people to park their cars in their garages. So the parking here is terrible. I have had to wait and drive around for more than a hour for parking. Again this place used to be nice. This will be our last year here no matter what.
