Lack of concern

I am a disabled person living upstairs. I have asked for accommodations downstairs and they say there is no downstairs available for me because it would have to be in a different contract and they don’t want to accept my bond again. Rent has been paid on time for the almost 4 years that I have been here! There is no reason they cannot accommodate mez

Things to work on

I have lived here for two years now and have never had problems. I’d say within the last couple months the community has gone extremely down. other than my upstairs neighbors sounding like they move furniture 24/7. Other neighbors are more loud outside, more trash, and people always parking in my “paid” lollipop spot.

i have a problem with a car using the handicap parking for personel parking spot. it"s been parked for months. tenant has a nother car also. it should be open to all tenants.l

chesapeake rcommons review

empty water bottles constantly thrown into my patio and outside the patio we dont drink bottle waters i have picked them and I am tired of constantly cleaning up for others I think I know where they come from but I dont want to create tension . I have took pictures of it.

Disappointed

There’s disabled cars in the parking lot. They have been parked there for a long time. There’s people who park there car there and never move them. Management never does anything to fix the issue. There’s people who sell and use drugs in the parking lot. Security hangs around with the same people who use and sell.
