Hi rent very loud

I was told we are family community with BBQ and we can grow in the family garden and that we have a gardener that cleans but BBQ WAS ALWAS LOCKED FOR ABOUT A YEAR WE HAVE NOWAY TO PLANT ANYTHING DUE TO NO WATER HOES SPOUT GARDENER DON'T PICK UP ANYTHING JUST BLOWS MESS UNDER THE CARS AND IN TO STREET OR BUSH MANAGER CHANGED GETTING BETTER ON FAMILY ORIENTED YET TO SEE ANYTHING CHANGE BUT SYILL HOPEFUL WE WANT TO HAVE OUTSIDE WATER ACCESS TO CLEAN AND WATER COMMUNITY GARDEN BUT WE HAVE A NEW MANAGER HE IS GREAT AND WE WANT OUTSIDE WATER ACCESS TO START GARDNNING ITS NOT EASY DO IT WITH A CUP OF WATER AT AT A TIME OLD MANAGER WAS NOT HELPING OUR FAMILY COMMITTEE JUST HER SELF I DIDN'T GET WHAT I NEEDED FROM HER SHE WAS NOT GOING TO BE BOTHERED YET WE PAY $3000.00 RENT WASHING MACHINE DONT WORK I COULD GO ON BUG IM A LADY

Perfect for some business owners

Its nice to have gaited parking. And a garage! The area is not the nicest. Very pet friendly. Seems expensive but so is everywhere else
