New Building with issues

There seems to always be something that is broken. Whether it is one of the doors, elevators, or garage. For a new building, the carpets in the hallway are already pretty gross. Ready for the gym to open up but the grill area on the third floor and rooftop are nice.

Parking and Noise

Parking is a bit too compact. Someone has opened their door and slammed onto mine and I can see their paint. I witnessed the lift gate break 2 times and have heard others complained about it numerous other times. Our upstairs neighbor continues to stomp and bang on the floor at all hours of the day at random times including 1am. Everything else has been good to us.
