Ive been here 17 years and 5 propeety managers. I could get the mold issue dealt with. Leaking water pipes painting or change of carpet. I was told by the last maintenance supervisor that nothing would be done unless i move or die. Prior maintenance supervisor told me basically no major repair until i move
