Advertised amenities are broken for several months

Nice place, helpful staff. But certain advertised amenities like the rooftop TV (broken and removed and not replaced for pver a year) and all but one of the space heaters actually work.

New apartments with all the amenities/facilities you need. Always clean Staff is very friendly, respectful, and always reachable to attend your needs and requests. I feel very secure in the building...The parking gate is a big asset for securing your car.

Alta Waverly

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Alta Waverly. The location is excellent, close enough to walk to the major bars/restaurants without the constant noice on busy nights. I have always felt safe living here and the friendliness of the staff is unmatched.
