All pet owners must complete Madison Park Financials Pet Application.  Common household pets shall include; domesticated dogs, cats, rodents, fish, birds and/or reptiles. We will allow 2 pets per household. Weight restrictions are as follows: No  more than 35 lbs each or one dog no more than 50 lbs. Prohibited Dog Breeds include:   Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, Akitas, Shar Peis, Dalmatians, Presa Canarios, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Huskies, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, St. Bernards, Mastiffs, Wolf hybrids, and mixed breeds of any of the above.  Also any other dog breeds expressly prohibited by the owners insurance company will not be approved.

401 Derby Review

Lovely apt complex. The staff (Kevin and Michelle) are friendly and easy to work with. The location is great with easy freeway access and alameda access to grocery. The parking is limited and i have been on a waitlist for almost 2 years hoping to get a second parking spot. is this normal? The amenities include bike locker, garbage, luxor-one mail boxes, and a vending machine. It would be nice to have a grill or to get back that ping pong table on floor 2. The central area could use more amenities, otherwise no one uses it. My experience with maintenance was lacking - wrong paint colors used on walls, splatter on floor (didnt tarp), upon move-in, the doors were scuffed, marks on floor, and the blinds were filthy. There are still items pending on my maintenance to-do list that have been sitting for months. The train noises at 2 in the morning can be romantic, or annoying when a good night's sleep is required. Overall, I am happy, but I am giving honest opinions in hope that my response can offer some insight/ opportunities to better the space in ways that are realistic.
